This is to remind you to come along to our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

DATE:             15^TH March 2023
TIME:             12.00pm – 1.30pm

Coffee and Tea will be provided.

VENUE:          Dudley Town Hall in the Bar Room, St James’s Road, Dudley, DY1 1HP.
 
All members are invited to attend.

It provides an opportunity for you to ask questions about the work of the union, you can see how branch finances have been used and you can help to set policy and agree priorities for the year ahead. The AGM also provides an opportunity for you to elect officials to lead the branch and represent your interests.

In line with Dudley UNISON Branch Rules quorum for this meeting is set at 50 so that it enables the branch business to be done whilst providing for meaningful democracy.  Therefore, to ensure we elect or confirm the branch representatives to external bodies and to other levels of the union, it is important that the meeting is quorate. Therefore, I hope you will make every effort to attend this important branch meeting and participate in discussions.
